Shipping Policy

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary by item.  Certain items provide FREE shipping, while expedited shipping may also be available for a fee.

PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 3-7 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon the order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-10 days for delivery.

(Please Note:  Most shipping carriers are still experiencing some delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic)

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at giftsolutionscenter@gmail.com.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURN AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item ASAP.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For non-defective items, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request.  As soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Gift Giving Solutions has the right to refuse returns that are passed the 15 days after delivery.
